How It Works
Everyone's focus, needs, and path toward flourishing is inherently different. But, here's how we'll get started:
- We'll start with a FREE consultation to ensure there's a connection and collaboration feels like a fit. If so,
- During our first session we'll get clear on the intention for our work together and set the benchmarks for our progress.
- 60min weekly (preferred) or bi-weekly virtual or in-person* sessions serve as our sandbox for personal and professional growth, supporting accountability, continuity, and follow-through.
*Location permitting. In-person sessions are only available in Co. Donegal, Ireland.
