Description
A small-group retreat for clarity, direction, and honest conversation.
Three Days in Austin is a guided, three-day experience designed for people at a point of transition—personally, professionally, or both.
Set in a small, intentionally curated group, the retreat creates space to step out of your day-to-day environment and into a slower, more reflective rhythm. Through structured dialogue, shared experiences, and time to think, the goal is simple: to help you hear yourself more clearly.
At the center of the experience is a facilitated group process rooted in deep listening and honest questions. No advice. No fixing. Just the kind of conversation that allows real clarity to surface.
Around that, the days unfold naturally—movement, time outdoors, shared meals, and space to integrate what’s coming up.
You won’t leave with a prescribed plan.
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what’s true—and what to do next.

Excited to share that I’ll be speaking at the Hike Expo B2B Day at the Gaylord Hotels Rockies Resort in Denver, Colorado on May 14th.
Hike Expo is shaping up to be the Rocky Mountain region’s premier gathering for the hiking industry—bringing together brands, retailers, media, creators, and outdoor enthusiasts for two days of connection, product innovation, and community. I’ll be speaking during the preshow B2B sessions.
My session, Wayfinding: How Outdoor Brands Navigate Change, Creativity, and What Comes Next, is designed as a bridge between the tactical marketing conversations and the broader leadership questions facing our industry. Instead of focusing on platforms or algorithms, we’ll explore how brands orient themselves in moments of change—strengthening collaboration, clarity, and creative momentum along the way.
Grateful to Celeste and the team for the invitation and looking forward to being in the room with so many thoughtful leaders shaping what’s next in hiking.
If you’ll be there, I’d love to connect.
